$1bn Salam Resort Bahrain work on track

Phase 1 of Salam Resort Bahrain, which is being developed at a cost of $1 billion near the Bahrain International Circuit, is scheduled to be completed by the end of next year. It will include a 285-room luxury beach hotel, seven waterfront hotel villas, a 20,000sq m state-of-the-art conference centre, six royal villas on a private island, a spa and 33 spa suites.
